Mr. Kreisman represents clients in all aspects of tax controversy and tax litigation matters including offer in compromise, tax audits, tax appeals and tax litigation. He has handled over 1000 cases involving Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board including adversary, contested matters and judicial appeals in both the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Mr. Kreisman has also lectured extensively in all areas of tax law to California Certified Public Accountants and attorneys.
Mr. Kreisman has also served as a consultant and advisor to law firms and professional accountancy firms seeking his expertise and knowledge in tax controversy and bankruptcy strategies.
Mr. Kreisman has previously been associated with some of the largest law firms in the nation including Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, in Los Angeles, CA and Christensen, White, Miller, Fink & Jacobs in their large scale/complex business and tax litigation matters.
